Creates auth data through reading the relog file
Parameters
- authKey: string
  The auth key to read; this can be the first 5 characters since it's what's used
- traverse: string = ""
  Traverse folders, e.g. put '/tests/' to go to 'cwd/tests/ppjs-relog-authdata'
Returns IAuthData
